You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your account includes social features such as following other users. When you follow a public profile, the follow takes effect immediately. When you follow a private profile, a follow request is sent that the other user must accept or deny. Your follower and following counts are visible to all users. Your event activity (marking events as "Interested" or "Going") may be visible to your followers in their activity feed.
You may request deletion of your account at any time from Privacy Settings. Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you may recover your account. After 30 days, deletion is finalized and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, profile information, etc.). By posting content, you grant DanceFOMO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights.
DanceFOMO aggregates dance event information from various sources. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that event details (dates, locations, lineups, prices) are complete or correct. Always verify critical details with event organizers. DanceFOMO is not an event organizer or ticket seller.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the presence of an event, organizer, or artist on the DanceFOMO platform does not create a partnership, endorsement, or business relationship between DanceFOMO and the event organizer.
DanceFOMO operates as an independent discovery platform and does not represent or act on behalf of event organizers.
Users who claim or manage organizer, event or artist profiles must comply with the DanceFOMO Organizer & Artist Guidelines.
DanceFOMO may allow users to claim artist, DJ, performer, photographer, videographer, specialist, instructor, organizer or other profiles. Users claiming such profiles represent that they are authorized to manage the profile.
Profiles representing artists, organizers, or events are platform entities managed by DanceFOMO. Users may be granted management access to such profiles but do not obtain ownership of the profiles themselves.
Reviews are subject to our Community & Content Policy and automated moderation. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or hide reviews that violate our policies. Review privileges may be restricted for users who repeatedly violate guidelines.
Reviews, ratings, and comments posted on DanceFOMO represent the opinions and experiences of individual users.
DanceFOMO does not independently verify the accuracy of user reviews and does not endorse or guarantee the truthfulness of user-submitted content.
DanceFOMO functions as a platform that hosts community feedback and does not assume responsibility for the opinions expressed by users.
The DanceFOMO app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by DanceFOMO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
DanceFOMO grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the DanceFOMO mobile application and platform for personal, non-commercial use.

DanceFOMO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DanceFOMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
